Charlie Kimmel - Relationships are key in this business and we build relationships with clients and candidates through trust and integrity. As President, Charlie leads the firm with a focus on setting and enabling the highest levels of professional standards and client serviceall with the aim of delivering outstanding results for our clients. He brings hands-on experience to his current position, having served as Chief Operations Officer for six years prior to assuming the office he currently holds as President. Charlie started with Kimmel & Associates in 1990. Over the following 18 years, he worked his way through the ranks: as a research assistant to senior consultants; recruiter for GC and CM firms in the Southeast; consultant for regional and national commercial builders and corporate trainer prior to being named COO in 2003. Charlie is a 1993 graduate of the University of North Carolina-Asheville where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Historycum laude. Charlie's philosophy is simple: If you work hard and have good intentions, everything else will take care of itself.
