Charles Horne is a partner in Draffin & Tucker's healthcare practice. Charles joined the firm in 1993, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Georgia. His public accounting career has been concentrated in the healthcare industry with extensive experience in auditing, preparation of Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross reimbursement reporting forms, tax return forms and provider representation in dealing with state and fiscal intermediaries. Charles is directly involved in the full range of accounting services provided to hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities. Charles is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the States of Georgia and Alabama. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia and Alabama Chapters of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Charles has more than 15 years experience in public accounting.
