Carol McNamara joined On Assignment in May 2001 as Vice President of Recruiting with 15 years of recruiting and staffing experience. Ms. McNamara is responsible for the recruitment of account executives and recruiters for all divisions as well as recruiting for all corporate positions. During her tenure with On Assignment, Ms. McNamara successfully implemented cost-reducing recruiting strategies as well as reduced the number of days to fill open positions. Prior to On Assignment, Ms. McNamara joined Ross Stores, Inc. in 1996 as their West Coast Regional Recruiter responsible for the management staffing of 230 off-price retail stores in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Washington, and Oregon. As the Corporate Staffing Manager at Ross Stores, she was responsible for management placements for the East and West Coast Distribution Centers, and the Transportation, Human Resources, Real Estate, Finance, and Payroll departments. Ms. McNamara began her career as an executive recruiter with Douglas Associates in 1992 and specialized in permanent placements of retail executives throughout the United States.
