Mr. Carl Zietz joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in design and construction management of large civil and public works projects. He provides quality control management services to many of the firm's design-build and construction customers, and he supervises up to 40 project field engineers and inspectors. His technical specialties include design and constructability review, project control, quality control, construction certification, and supervision of construction management personnel. He actively participates in project work and has recently been involved with a variety of earthwork, transportation, and large civil works projects in the Pacific Northwest. He has worked on projects with major earthwork, tunneling, and hazardous waste issues.
