Carl joined Infiltrator Systems Inc. in 1997 after spending nine years with a manufacturer of site development and utility products. He is responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, and the science and government affairs functions at Infiltrator. Prior to his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Carl held the positions of regional sales manager, regulatory director, technical director, national sales manager, and assistant vice president of marketing and government affairs. He was also the project manager for the development of Infiltrator's TW-Series septic tanks. Carl has served on several national committees and boards including the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA) board of directors, the National Model Performance Code Committee, the NSF Gravelless standard committee, and the Canadian Standards Association committee on septic tanks. Carl is a registered professional civil engineer and holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering (geotechnical) from Drexel University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
