Bruce Wall is a senior partner in the firm's Chicago office specializing in civil litigation with an emphasis on professional negligence, product liability, premises liability, vehicular accidents, general negligence, construction and medical malpractice. He serves on the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Wall's practice concentrates on the preparation and trying of large and complex exposure cases involving medical malpractice and product liability and he has tried numerous cases to successful verdict. Mr. Wall is a member of the Society of Trial Lawyers and ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates). Mr. Wall has extensive experience in product liability and medical malpractice litigation and has successfully defended numerous product liability and medical malpractice cases at trial. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Wall has been retained as the attorney in high profile and very sensitive cases. Mr. Wall has a wealth of experience in pre-trial litigation, including analyzing cases and developing a defense strategy. These cases included product liability actions, construction actions, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice actions and premises liability.
