Bruce began working in the event management industry in the mid 1970's, working events such as Off Road and Supercross Motocross Racing. Between 1982 and 1990, Bruce managed the House Staff at the Hollywood Bowl before beginning his tenure with CSC in the early 80's working as a field supervisor. In 1990, he assumed responsibility for the CSC Event Staff operations at the Hollywood Bowl, which he maintained until his transfer to Nashville in November of 1996. During that time he was also the General Manager of CSC's sister company, Crowd Management Inc. From 1993 to 1996, he was responsible for the day to day operations of Crowd Management Inc. at the Los Angeles Sports Arena and Coliseum complex and the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Serving as Branch Manager, Bruce opened the Nashville Branch of Contemporary Services Corporation in 1996. The Nashville office currently provides event services for the Sommet Center, home of the NHL Nashville Predators, LP Field, home of the NFL Tennessee Titans, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, Tennessee State University, Western Kentucky University and Middle Tennessee State University. In 2000 Bruce was awarded the Contemporary Services Corporation Manager of the year. In 2001, Bruce was promoted to Regional Manager and in January of 2009, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Bruce has traveled throughout the country for CSC to help in the training and opening of new offices and venues including the Ice Palace in Tampa Bay, the Gaylord Entertainment Center, now named the Sommet Center, Titans Coliseum, now named LP Field, Nashville Superspeedway, the Curb Center at Belmont University, and Allen Arena at Lipscomb University. Bruce has also assisted in the opening of the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, All Tel Arena in Little Rock, Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, Coors Field in Colorado, CSC's Atlanta branch office servicing the Georgia Dome, CSC's Knoxville branch office servicing UT Knoxville, and the CSC St Louis branch office. Bruce attended Santa Ana College in Santa Ana, CA.
