BRUCE TEAL Regional Vice President, Southeast Bruce Teal joined CSG in September of 2008. With 25 years in the energy industry, Bruce brings his effective leadership to CSG including a particular depth of understanding related to field organizations. His extensive experience in sales and business development, team building, operations, administration, systems analysis, and customer service make him an invaluable member of CSG's leadership team. His responsibilities include developing regional strategy, client account management, directing the regional management team, recruiting and hiring regional staff, managing office locations/logistics, contract management and compliance, and ensuring performance standards and service delivery goals are achieved. Prior to joining CSG as Southeast Regional Director, Bruce served as Director of Sales and Operations for Corix Utilities, a leader in the provision of water and energy related utility products and services. Before that he was a General Manager for Pentech Solutions, Inc., a provider of HVAC monitoring equipment. Bruce held a variety of leadership roles with Honeywell Utility Solutions for several years including Director of Sales, East Region and Northeast Regional Director. His early years in the energy field were with DMC Services as a Regional Manager and prior to that as a Project Manager in various locations in the eastern U.S. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
