Mr. Langmeyer joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in September 2001 as a Vice President in Development. In this position, he consults with non-profit and for-profit developers to assist them in all aspects of structuring and underwriting financing for affordable housing projects. Prior to joining OCCH, Mr. Langmeyer was a Vice President with Banc One Community Development Corporation. His responsibilities included developing relationships with LIHTC developers, underwriting tax credit projects, presenting deals to the banks investment committee, and closing partnerships. From 1993 to 1997, he worked for Bank Ones Columbus corporate banking division as a Loan Officer. Mr. Langmeyer has a Masters Degree from The University of Dayton and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
