Mr. Brian Ault works directly with business owners that are planning for the future sale of their business. He is responsible for consulting with selected business owners on the marketability and suitability of their business as it pertains to the M&A services provided by Generational Equity. His understanding of the Mergers & Acquisitions marketplace, combined with his 36 years of domestic and global sales, marketing and operations experience with Fortune 500 public companies, provides him with a well rounded perspective. Brian has the insight and knowledge to assist business owners in determining the most appropriate and profitable time to exit their business. Prior to joining Generational Equity, Brian held senior level executive management positions with Kelly Services, Inc. and Xerox Corporation. Most recently at Kelly Services, he was a Corporate Officer and VP of the International Division with Sales and Operations responsibility for the 34 country network. Brian was involved in acquiring new businesses as a core strategy to extend the brand, serve new customer locations and open new markets. Brian understands the perspectives of big corporations, and what strategic acquisitions can mean to expanding their business and growing profitable market share. Brian earned a B.S. degree in Management from the University of New Hampshire with additional study at Syracuse University and American Management Association.
