Brian S. Adler is a Partner in the firm's Land Use & Government Relations Group. His experience includes representing developers and contractors in the permitting, platting, zoning, comprehensive planning and development processes, from application inception to representation at hearing. Brian works on numerous developments of regional impact and participates in post-decision appeals, the annexation process and assists in the drafting of ordinances and resolutions. His practice is focused primarily on land use, zoning and environmental matters in unincorporated Miami-Dade County and various municipalities throughout South Florida. Brian has appeared before numerous governmental bodies including local and county councils and commissions, special masters, circuit and district courts, the State of Florida Cabinet Aides, Board of Governors and the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. Brian is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law Masters Program (LLM), where he teaches a planning and zoning course in the Real Property Development program.
