Brandon Delf - As a Principal and Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Delf oversees all of the investment activities of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Delf joined Cohen Asset Management? in 1997, serving as the director of acquisitions and dispositions, and he has participated in net leased industrial and office property transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. As a result of his successful career performance, Mr. Delf leads the acquisition team and is Chairman and a member of the Investment Committee in addition to having direct responsibility, with the Chief Operating Officer, for developing the strategic business plan adopted for assets purchased. Mr. Delf earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola Marymount University and a graduate degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is an active participant of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM), the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). As a member of the Los Angeles area community, he is an active board member of the Los Angeles Chapter Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Mr. Delf was raised in Calgary, Canada and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
