Mrs. McConnaughy has over 30 years of banking experience. She began her career in Missouri as a Teller for a small hometown bank. Since then, she has focused her attention primarily on deposit operations. Mrs. McConnaughy joined the Bank of Blue Valley team in 1990. She served as 1st Vice President of Operations and eBusiness Solutions with the Bank of Blue Valley from December 2002 through December 2008. Mrs. McConnaughy is responsible for directing Operations, Retail Deposit Operations, eBusiness Solutions and the development and implementation of Cash Management products and services. Bonnie attended the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri. She holds a degree in Paralegal studies. Bonnie resides in Olathe with her husband and their four children.
