Formerly President of Wayland Hancock Properties beginning in 1984, Bill Jones has been involved in 1,000s of residential real estate transactions. He has chaired and served on numerous local, state and national Realtor committees, advisory groups, boards of directors and executive boards of directors. He was the Chairman of the Houston Association of Realtors in 1995. He earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation in 1995. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Houston and played on the 1973, 10-1 University of Houston football team. In 1973 he won the Mad Dog? defensive player of the game award versus Virginia Tech. Bill is an active member of West University Baptist Church. He and his wife Mary Elizabeth McGivern reside in West University Place, Texas and are delighted to have two wonderful children and three very lovely granddaughters.
