Hall has been involved in sales of electronic products since the mid-1970s, working for not only distributors but also manufacturers (including RCA, N.V. Philips and Zenith). During those years, he held a variety of sales and sales management positions, working with accounts at the local, regional and national levels. Three times, Hall was given a Salesperson of the Year? award; he also received a number of Top Region? awards. Hall joined ESI in 1995 as its National Sales Manager, with a mission to develop a national sales force. Since then, ESI has added hundreds of Resellers across America. In addition, the ESI sales team has grown geometrically, and continues to grow. Hall works closely with ESI Resellers, often visiting them in person, to make sure ESI meets their needs. In 2003, he became an ESI Vice President.
