Bill has over 20 years experience in high-tech marketing and has led numerous teams in high-growth companies. Most recently, Bill was the vice president of marketing for Pedestal Software. Pedestal quickly became a leader in the security auditing space. Pedestal was acquired by Altiris, a public company. Before joining Pedestal Software, Bill was the senior vice president of marketing and sales for eDial, a developer of Voice over IP (VoIP) software. Prior to eDial, Bill was general manager of Adero's streaming media business unit. Bill came to Adero via Adero's acquisition of StarBurst. At StarBurst, Bill served as vice president of marketing and sales. Bill repositioned the company and guided StarBurst into an industry leadership position with 100 percent annual growth. Bill also held vice president of marketing and vice president of sales positions at Live Vault, Microcom and Bitstream. Earlier in his career, Bill held a series of marketing and sales roles at Data General and Compugraphic. He is a graduate of Fitchburg State College and holds a BS in Industrial Technology.
