Dr. Yaged models comprehensive business. network and operations models for management decision-making -- and as the basis for financial projections. Dr. Yaged has over 35 years of experience in planning, modeling and management of telecom and computer software enterprises. In addition to working with Bell Laboratories, AT&T, and Computer Associates, he has worked as a senior consultant to numerous companies. At Bell Laboratories he was involved in creating efficient network architecture plans, planning for technology evolution, and performing financial analyses on major projects. At AT&T he spearheaded the effort to move capital budgeting from an engineering-oriented activity to one focused on creating value for the company, as well as leading the corporate financial division responsible for consolidated financial reporting. A common goal in many customer assignments has been the identification and solution of basic business problems relating to the efficient use of a company's critical resources - capital, expense, and time. Addressing these problems required innovative analysis efforts and development of computer based planning tools. These activities provide insight into initiation and management of program activities, as well as gaining in-depth knowledge of networks, value-oriented financial analysis, capital project prioritization, and software project estimation.
