Barbara Sims - President. Barbara's career in direct marketing began in 1981 at a fundraising agency learning and perfecting the trade. For over a decade she worked at Craver, Mathews, Smith & Company on all aspects of the non-profit spectrum. As a director of fundraising she worked with a broad based client roster which included prominent organizations such as: Christian's Children's Fund, National Organization for Women, Better World Society, National Abortion Rights Action League, American Civil Liberties Union, and Conservation International. She managed all aspects of these accounts? direct mail fundraising programs and was director in charge of new business. In 1992, she joined CELCO with a unique perspective of what a client needs from a list broker. Her goal is to provide clients with service that goes way beyond the basics of list selection. During this time she has brought a wide array of new clients to CELCO. CELCO has been providing list services for their clients for over twenty years, we have an excellent reputation and are very proud of the work we have done on behalf of our clients. While her duties have always included oversight of the management and finances of the company her main role remains that of fundraising list broker.
