Barbara Sayre Casey is Chairman/CEO of Casey & Sayre, a Los Angeles-based public relations and communications consulting firm that advises businesses and professional firms. The firm is one of the largest independent and most highly respected public relations firms in the Los Angeles area. Ms. Casey is the guiding spirit of the firm, recognized for its strategic thinking, innovative concepts, strong media relations, and ability to communicate serious issues. Before forming Casey & Sayre, Ms. Casey was vice president of Kaufman & Broad, Inc., now KB Homes, where her responsibilities encompassed all financial, shareholder, press, consumer and employee communications. A Regent of Loyola Marymount University and a board member of its Center for the Study of Los Angeles, Ms. Casey sits on the Women's Leadership Board for the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She is also on the Board of Directors of The Trusteeship, an affiliate of the International Women's Forum, and Town Hall Los Angeles. A magna cum laude graduate of West Virginia University, Ms. Casey earned her Bachelor of Science degree in journalism.
