Arun is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the field of contact centers and information technology. Prior to Resolvity, Arun was the co-founder of iSeva, a leading provider of outsourced technical support and customer support. He helped grow the company to over 1000 employees from ground-up and helped it reach its position of strong revenues and industry-leading EBIDTA margins. He held the positions of COO and CFO and was a member of the Board of Directors throughout his tenure with the company. Prior to iSeva, Arun worked at Deloitte Consulting and Infosys Technologies. He has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
