Execute a full menu of services including project management, construction management, occupancy, and move coordination. Provide on-site presence in every phase of build-out, review project requirements, budgets, and schedules to ensure a timely completion. Coordinate the securing of permits, entitlements, and certificates of occupancy. Issue RFP's, evaluate proposals, analyze bids and clarify them to contract documents. Contract negotiations with recommendations for final selections. Aid in the development of corporate and facility standards to ensure compliance. Manage the installations of furniture, fixtures, telecommunications, and equipment by recommendation and acquisition. When space planning, assess the impact associated with relocation, plans for expansion and diminishing personnel needs. Supervise packing, loading, and office reassembly to allow for Plug and Play scenario.
