Anne Crowley joined Jay Gaines & Company in 2005 as a Managing Director, after a 20+ year career providing staffing and consulting services to the financial services industry, including U.S. and global banks, brokerage firms, asset managers, insurance companies and service providers. She held senior management roles with publicly traded and privately-held firms, focused in providing expertise in information technology, process and operational capabilities and risk. She also launched two start-up ventures. At Jay Gaines & Company, she has successfully completed senior- and mid-senior-level searches across a range of functional areas, including: * Product and Relationship Management (EVP, SVP and VP searches supporting Retirement Services, Brokerage, Hedge Fund Services and Family Office) * Finance (Chief Financial Officer / SVP, Finance / Deputy Treasurer / IT Controller) * Compliance and Risk Management (Chief Compliance Officer / Deputy, Chief Compliance Officer / Chief Risk Officer / Head, Market Risk Analytics) * Information Technology (Applications / Infrastructure / IT Finance) She is well liked by candidates and clients alike, and her work is extremely well-received. The individuals she recruited have achieved great acceptance and success within their new organizations. Prior to joining Jay Gaines, she was Senior Vice President of the Financial Services Group for American Management Systems, where she managed a $120 million business supporting clients globally. She was also President and Chief Operating Officer of OPCENTER LLC, a professional services firm she co-founded in 1996, which specialized in providing IT infrastructure support. Earlier in her career, she was a senior manager with Keane, Inc. and Atos Origin. Anne received a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
