B. Andrew Andy? Rose joined Worthington Industries in December of 2008 as chief financial officer. Before joining Worthington, Rose worked at MCG Capital Corporation where he was a senior investment professional in the Atlanta office for the $1.5 billion public company. He focused on making control-equity investments and providing debt financing for private equity sponsored deals. Target investments ranged from $10 to $75 million in the manufacturing, distribution, transportation and logistics and infrastructure services industries. Previously, Rose was partner, co-founder and member of the investment committee with Peachtree Equity Partners, a $110 million private equity fund backed by Goldman Sachs. He managed debt and equity recapitalizations for manufacturing, distribution and service firms, served on the board of directors of various companies, advised management on growth strategies and operations, and managed the firm's institutional investor base. Prior to that, Rose was employed by Wachovia Capital Associates, where he served as vice president of private equity for five years. In that role, he focused on mezzanine and equity investments of $3 to $15 million in business services, financial services, government contracting, specialized manufacturing and distribution. Rose earned his master of business administration degree from Duke University and his bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Rose is married with two children and resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Worthington Industries is a diversified metals manufacturing company with sales of $1.9 billion.
