Andy Lock, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Lock has over 25 years of healthcare management and healthcare informatics experience. His experience began with ZYBEX Corporation in systems design, implementation, and support of financial information systems for multi-specialty medical groups, Independent Physician Associations, and managed care organizations. Since 1994, he has been the principal of HMS Technologies, which provides legacy credentialing software systems for health plans, hospitals, physician organizations, and other healthcare organizations required to verify health practitioner professional credentials. His extensive knowledge in healthcare includes practice management, managed care contracting, MSO development, network development, and professional credentialing. His information technology experience includes systems design, EDI development and implementation, and user interface design. Mr. Lock received his degree from the University of California, San Diego.
