ANDREW FISK Regional Vice President, Mid-Atlantic Andrew is a nationally recognized leader in creating and implementing award-winning residential energy efficiency programs. He joined CSG in 2009 as New York Regional Director and was responsible for all New York operations, based out of CSG's Albany office. Prior to working with CSG, he served as national manager of residential building performance programs for Lockheed Martin. He was also responsible for managing new business opportunities with government agencies and utilities. Prior to that, Andrew spent 10 years in energy program and project management at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). He also held management positions in the Weatherization Assistance Program with the Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council and the Warren-Hamilton Counties Action Committee of Economic Opportunity. He began his career with H.L. Fisk General Contracting serving as a co-manager and foreman, overseeing residential new construction and remodeling projects. During his career, Andrew has held several positions with -- and continues to serve on -- a number of industry boards and committees across the country such as ACI (Affordable Comfort, Inc.), the Building Performance Institute, the Energy and Environmental Building Association, the Residential Energy Services Network, and the Northeast Home Energy Rating System Alliance. Andrew holds a mechanical engineering degree from the State University of New York Institute of Technology.
