Allen Hill, President and CEO of VisionCare since 2000, has 30 years of executive and management experience in therapeutic and diagnostic medical technologies. Prior to joining VisionCare in 2000, Mr. Hill was President and Chief Executive Officer of CardioGenesis Corporation from 1995 to 1999. From 1990 to 1995, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cyberonics, Inc. From 1975 to 1990 Mr. Hill served in various capacities for Edwards Laboratories, now Edwards Life Sciences, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Operations. Mr. Hill has completed two successful initial public offerings, a merger of two public companies, and raised more than $170 million in public and private financings. Mr. Hill holds a B.S. in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. In addition to serving on VisionCare's Board as Chairman, he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of BrainsGate Ltd. Mr. Hill has also served on the Board of Directors and advisory committees of public education and charitable organizations.
