Alex has over 20 years experience in developing and delivering mission critical software systems for various industries including Healthcare, e-Commerce, Logistics and Marketing. As a co-founder of iCentrix, Alex has been specializing at implementing Business Intelligence (BI) and Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) solutions for clients involved in Behavioral Healthcare across the country and helping them shift from paper to paperless operations. His work includes analysis, design and development of new solutions, system roll out, integration to existing ERP systems, customer support, client relations, business management and new business development. Alex is responsible for keeping all of our projects moving forward, on time, on budget and making sure that our list of happy customers keeps on growing. Prior to iCentrix, Alex was a Systems Architect and Technical Services Manager at Empresa Inc. in Cambridge MA. There he was responsible for development of software solutions for clients such as Fleet Bank, Verifone and CyberSource. Prior to Empresa, Alex held the position of Director of Systems Development at DSA Software Inc. where he focused on developing Warehouse Management Systems(WMS) for such clients as H.J. Heinz, Dial Corp and GNC. Alex received his Computer Science education at Worcester State College and continued his education in Software Engineering and Object Oriented Development at Boston University and Northeastern University.
