ALAN J. SANDLER joined the Company in June 1998 as President, Chief Operating Officer, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, and Director. In January 2000, he became Vice President and resigned from the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer. In March 2001, he resigned as Chief Financial Officer. From August 2001 until resignation in March 2002, Mr. Sandler resumed the position of Chief Financial Officer. From 1995 until 1997 Mr. Sandler served as President and Chief Executive Officer to Hood Depot, Inc., a national restaurant supply manufacturer and distributor. From 1979 to 1995 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Sandler & Sons Dental Supply Company, a regional dental supply and equipment distributor. Previous to this position he was a Vice President of Gardner Advertising Company, a national advertising agency. Mr. Sandler was appointed as a Director of TF Purifiner Ltd. in 1999 through 2000. Effective December 16, 2004, Mr. Sandler did not seek re-election to the Board of Directors at the 2004 Annual Meeting. On April 19, 2010, Mr. Sandler assumed the role of the Company's principal financial officer.
