Alan Rosenberg - Alan is the Chief Executive Officer of Business Only Broadband where he has responsibility to grow the profitability of the company and steer it from its entrepreneurial roots to a scalable and operationally-focused organization. Business Only Broadband provides the largest fixed broadband wireless solution in the Chicago and New York City markets and experienced 150% year-over-year growth since its inception in 2005. Prior to Business Only Broadband, Alan served in numerous roles at Global Crossing as a key member of the executive restructuring team that transformed Global Crossing into an innovative, highly-competitive, and cost-effective entity. During his seven year tenure, Alan was responsible for sales and product management. Alan served as the Vice President of Product Management where he managed a $2B global P&L and led the transformation of Global Crossing's cost structure and growth strategy through the development of next generation services including VoIP and Ethernet Private Line. Alan also served as the General Manager of Global Crossing's Federal Division where he initiated a ground-start effort that led to significant relationships and contracts with DoD, State Department, and GSA Networx. Finally, Alan led Global Crossing's 600 person Eastern Region and Latin America sales, engineering, and customer support organization retaining over 95% of the customer's base throughout the company's restructuring efforts. Alan started his career at AT&T where he held various positions throughout his 16-year tenure including Director at AT&T Solutions engaged in outsourcing of multi-billion dollar contracts with CitiGroup, Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan. Alan also lead AT&T's global account sales engineering organization responsible for 40% of AT&T's data revenue and was the product manager during the launch of AT&T's InterSpan Frame Relay and Remote Access Service. A New Jersey native, Alan received a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland; a Master of Computer Engineering degree from Stevens Institute, and attended executive business curriculums at Carnegie Mellon and London School of Business. Alan is currently a member of the New Jersey Technology Council. Alan and his wife have two children and currently reside in New Jersey.
