Alan Marrott founded Glocent and now serves as president. Mr. Marrott has been in international IT development and consulting management beginning in 1978. Prior to founding Glocent he oversaw international product development for a start-up company in Denver, Colorado. As a principal at American Management Systems Mr. Marrott provided leadership to AMS' European management team. "Glocent represents a significant milestone for ICM. As we deploy Glocent our innovative approach to ICM is being validated both qualitatively and quantitatively. Our customers' administrators enjoy the ease of use and flexibility the product provides them. And the ability Glocent provides them to accurately calculate commissions brings a calculable positive ROI by reducing overpayments. Perhaps more importantly, it provides the ability to align sales strategy to sales commissions and incentives and increase sales performance. To know that something we have created can accommodate the complexities and dynamic requirements of the most complex programs and make it not only manageable, but profitable, brings me great satisfaction." Mr. Marrott graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Management Information Systems.
