Alan H. Kramer, Esq.. Alan H. Kramer, Vice President of Operations, has enjoyed a diverse background making him a valuable part of the Hopkins & Company team. An attorney by training, Alan has experienced both big law firm practice and life as a successful solo practitioner specializing in all aspects of real estate and business law. Alan understands the need of companies and candidates to communicate and explore employment possibilities in the utmost confidence and discretion. His unique background makes him ideal for managing the many operational aspects of Hopkins & Company, including, financial, legal, computer, database, marketing, internal and external websites, and other operational and growth related matters. Alan also works on a retained basis for our Clients' critical and confidential searches. Alan holds a B. A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from New England School of Law, Boston, where he made Law Review and graduated third in his class of over 160.
