Steve Case, Chairman Mr. Case is Chairman and majority owner of Exclusive Resorts and founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Revolution LLC, a company focused on building significant and innovative, consumer-driven businesses. Mr. Case first invested in Exclusive Resorts in the summer of 2003 and acquired majority ownership in 2004. The company has since become the dominant leader of the new luxury destination club industry. Previously, Mr. Case spent 20 years as a pioneer in interactive services as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of America Online and the Chairman of AOL Time Warner. Steve Case Chairman Jeff Potter,Chief Executive Officer Mr. Potter brings more than 20 years of airline and airline-related experience to the company, having most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Airlines, a position he held from 2002 until he joined Exclusive Resorts in 2007. In addition to a 12-year career with Frontier, he also previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Airlines, and held various management positions with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Pacific Southwest Airlines, Continental Airlines and Northwest Airlines. Jeff Potter CEO David Kallery, Executive Vice President, Member Acquisition and Human Resources Mr. Kallery manages member acquisition for Exclusive Resorts, a role in which he is responsible for the club's sales and marketing efforts and member acquisition programs. Mr. Kallery also manages all aspects of employee development at Exclusive Resorts and works closely with the company's senior management team to create the best work environment in the industry. Before joining Exclusive Resorts, Mr. Kallery served as Chief Operating Officer for Digital Foundry and as Vice President, Operations at Visa USA. He also held various senior roles during a 15-year career at United Parcel Service. David Kallery EVP Member Acquisition & HR Robert Parsons,Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Parsons is responsible for all financial and administrative functions of the company. He joined Exclusive Resorts after almost 25 years with some of the largest hospitality and real estate companies in the world Marriott Corporation and Host Marriott including seven years as Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his career, Mr. Parsons has been responsible for over $10 billion of hospitality finance transactions. Robert Parsons EVP & CFO Adam Wegner, Executive Vice President and General Counsel Mr. Wegner is responsible for the company's strategic growth initiatives. In his role as General Counsel, he is also responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance functions of the company. Previously, Mr. Wegner served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Exodus Communications and practiced corporate law in Silicon Valley and Washington, D.C.
