Abby Gold is the executive vice president of human resources. She oversees the global HR operations and has been a member of the senior management team while the firm has grown to its leading position in the industry. Abby's experience has increased steadily over the past 15 years, developing expertise in recruiting, employee relations, staff development, learning and development and strategic HR program development. Over the years, she has served in a human resources capacity for some of the world's largest communications and consumer products companies, including CBS, Estee Lauder, Merrill Lynch and Home Box Office. Abby joined the firm in 1997, and her role has expanded progressively since then. The company experienced rapid growth and changing human resource needs during this period, and in response to these challenges Abby has been instrumental in creating work/life, performance management, and learning & development programs. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Oswego.
