YAMPATIKA

Yampatika is a non-profit organization based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. With a team of five employees, Yampatika is dedicated to environmental education for residents and visitors of Northwest Colorado. Their mission is to foster environmentally literate and engaged citizens through programs that provide personally relevant knowledge about the world around them. Yampatika offers a variety of science-based environmental education experiences designed to connect people with nature and their sense of place. Their program areas include Inspiring Environmental Literacy with Youth, Connecting People to Nature, and the Environmental Learning Center at Legacy Ranch.
