Whitney Peak Hotel

Whitney Peak Hotel is a new boutique hotel currently under development in downtown Reno, Nevada. Scheduled to open in Spring 2014, the hotel will feature 158 guest rooms on floors 11-16 of a 16-story building. The hotel will be the only non-gaming option in downtown Reno, catering to guests with an active lifestyle and appealing to those seeking a unique cultural and geographic experience. The hotel will offer a number of signature amenities, including BaseCamp, a 7,000-square-foot indoor bouldering park with a 164-foot exterior climbing wall, currently open to the public. Another highlight will be CARGO, a 1,100-capacity live music venue on the first floor, featuring a full-service bar and showcasing award-winning artists, nationally and internationally touring rock bands, and local talent across various genres. The hotel will also house a full-service restaurant and bar on the first floor.
