Western States Petroleum Association

Western States Petroleum Association (WSPA) is a non-profit trade association based in Sacramento, California. Founded in 1907, WSPA is the oldest petroleum trade association in the United States. The organization represents companies responsible for the majority of petroleum exploration, production, refining, transportation, and marketing in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. WSPA advocates for policies that ensure Americans have reliable access to petroleum and petroleum products in a responsible manner, addressing social, economic, and environmental considerations.
