Volunteers of America National Services is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Alexandria, Virginia. Incorporated in 1982, the organization employs over 36 people and generates $50 million in annual revenue. As the housing and healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America, VOANS provides a range of services and care to its clients. Their portfolio includes over 240 properties and 12,900 affordable housing units across over 40 states and Puerto Rico, making them one of the largest non-profit affordable housing owners/operators in the nation. Additionally, they operate over 46 senior healthcare programs, encompassing skilled nursing, assisted living, home health care, adult day care, and Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
