Visions and Pathways

Visions and Pathways (V&P) is a private, non-profit organization based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Incorporated in 1970 and opened in 1973, V&P is New Jersey’s first private, 501(c)(3) youth shelter. The organization employs 22 individuals and generates an annual revenue of $50 million. Visions and Pathways provides a range of services aimed at supporting abused, neglected, and homeless youth. These services include a short-term group home, residential transitional-living programs, Prosperity, an independent-living skills education program, Street Smart street outreach, arts and recreation, and “Transitions” aftercare. V&P’s mission is to empower youth by providing housing, a stable environment, and supportive services that guide them toward self-sufficiency.
