Veterans in Global Leadership

Veterans in Global Leadership (VGL) is a non-partisan social enterprise based in Washington, District of Columbia. It is a small company with 7 employees and generates $2.5 million in annual revenue. VGL focuses on education and provides a one-year leadership development program for high-potential student veterans. The program is designed to help student veterans develop their leadership skills and prepare for successful careers. It includes brand development, exclusive networking opportunities, leadership seminars, career guidance, and one-on-one counseling for prestigious scholarships and fellowships. VGL's leadership program aims to empower student veterans to become influential leaders in their respective fields. VGL prides itself on fostering diversity within its fellowship program. The current cohort consists of 24 fellows representing a wide range of backgrounds, including Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD students, with 45% women, 38% underrepresented minorities, and participants from 20 different universities and all branches of the military.
