UWMadison Housing

UWMadison Housing is a division of the University of Wisconsin—Madison that provides housing and related services to students and university affiliates. Located in Madison, Wisconsin, the division employs approximately 450 career staff members and over 2,000 students. UWMadison Housing operates nineteen residence halls across the university campus, accommodating over 7,400 undergraduate students. In addition, they manage three apartment communities serving approximately 3,000 graduate students, academic staff, postdoctoral researchers, faculty, and their families. The division also oversees seven dining venues across campus and provides conference group and youth camp housing during the summer months. The division is structured into six main departments: Administration, Dining & Culinary Services, Residence Hall Facilities, Residence Life, Technology Services, and University Apartments. Each department plays a critical role in supporting the overall mission of the university and providing a positive living experience for all residents.
