USC Residential Housing Association

The USC Residential Housing Association, founded in 1988, is a student organization based in Los Angeles, California. With a staff of 10 employees, the association serves the University of Southern California student community. RHA's mission is to enhance the residential experience for all students living in University housing. They achieve this by providing a platform for student voice and representation, fostering community building initiatives, and creating opportunities for leadership development and academic excellence. The association acts as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrators, ensuring a unified voice for the residential community. RHA's structure includes a President and five directors specializing in Advocacy, Financial Affairs, Community Outreach, Social Justice, and Programming. These directors work collaboratively to coordinate and promote various aspects of student development and self-government, while also representing the residential community on both regional and national levels.
