US Pacific Fleet

The U.S. Pacific Fleet is a government organization headquartered in APO, AP. It is the world's largest fleet command, employing approximately 153 people. The U.S. Pacific Fleet encompasses 100 million square miles of the Pacific Ocean, spanning from the West Coast of the United States into the Indian Ocean. It consists of approximately 200 ships, 1,500 aircraft, and 150,000 military and civilian personnel. The fleet's mission is to advance Indo-Pacific regional maritime security and enhance stability. The U.S. Pacific Fleet reports administratively to the Chief of Naval Operations and operationally to the U.S. Pacific Command. Commands under the Pacific Fleet include those for surface ships, submarines, aircraft, and Navy construction. Operational commands reporting directly to the U.S. Pacific Fleet include Third Fleet in the Eastern Pacific and Seventh Fleet in the Western Pacific and Indian Ocean.
