Unity Care

Unity Care is a non-profit organization based in San Jose, California. The organization employs 123 people and generates an estimated $50 million in annual revenue. Unity Care provides a variety of services designed to support foster youth and their families across Northern California. Their primary focus is on addressing the housing needs of young people in foster care and those who have aged out of the system. In addition to housing services, Unity Care offers community-based programs, educational support, and behavioral health services. Since its founding in 1993, Unity Care has expanded its mission to encompass a broader range of needs within the foster care community.
