UF Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program

The Business Undergraduate Mentorship Program (BUMP) is a United States-based program within the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. BUMP connects incoming freshmen, sophomores, or transfer students with experienced student leaders who provide guidance and support throughout their college journey. With a team of over 116 employees, BUMP offers a comprehensive mentorship experience. BUMP's core program pairs students with mentors who offer personalized guidance and support, focusing on six key areas: academic success, career development, cultural awareness and diversity, leadership development, navigating university life, and personal growth. The program also provides networking opportunities through social events and "AlumNights," allowing mentees to connect with a wider network of mentors, peers, and successful alumni. BUMP distinguishes itself by emphasizing the holistic development of its students. The program aims to create a vibrant community that fosters academic, professional, and personal growth, ensuring students are well-equipped for success both within and beyond the university.
