Tykes Teens

Tykes & Teens is a non-profit organization based in Palm City, Florida. Founded in 1996, the agency employs 50 individuals and generates an annual revenue of $8 million. Tykes & Teens provides a comprehensive range of mental health and counseling services to families throughout Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee counties. They offer services on a sliding scale at 53 locations, including outpatient offices in Palm City, Hobe Sound, and Jensen Beach, as well as onsite in schools and Boys & Girls Clubs. The agency also manages the Healthy Families program in Indian River County and provides Infant Mental Health services across all four counties. Beyond direct services, Tykes & Teens actively works to prevent substance use, dating violence, and suicide among youth through community events and educational programs. To date, they have reached over 30,000 families with their services and advocate for increased awareness and reduced stigma surrounding mental health treatment.
