Twin Cities Gay Mens Chorus

The Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus (TCGMC) is a non-profit organization based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a volunteer community chorus with nine employees. TCGMC was founded in 1985 and is dedicated to fostering a sense of community among gay men through music. TCGMC boasts over 170 singing members who are divided into three ensembles: the main chorus, the Chamber Singers, and OutLoud!. The chorus performs a full concert season annually at Ted Mann Concert Hall in Minneapolis. They also participate in a variety of outreach programs, performing at schools, churches, universities, and festivals across Minnesota, the Midwest, and the United States. The chorus seeks to promote social justice and eliminate homophobia and intolerance through its performances and community outreach. TCGMC uses music as a tool for transformation, education, and healing, providing its members with rewarding musical experiences that celebrate diversity.
