TriM National Music Honor Society

Tri-M National Music Honor Society, formerly known as Modern Music Masters, is a non-profit organization based in Reston, Virginia. Founded by the National Association for Music Education (NAfME), Tri-M boasts a team of three dedicated employees. Tri-M Music Honor Society aims to recognize the academic and musical accomplishments of middle and high school students. The organization provides chapters at each participating school, guided by student leadership and overseen by a faculty advisor. Through these chapters, young musicians are encouraged to develop leadership skills and engage in service opportunities, fostering a strong sense of community within the music field. The society's reach extends internationally, with approximately 6200 chapters operating in several countries.
