Triangle Rowing Club

Triangle Rowing Club is a non-profit organization based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded in 2008, the club is dedicated to providing young athletes with the opportunity to develop character, commitment, athleticism, and teamwork through competitive rowing. With a team of four employees, the club has grown to become the largest youth rowing club in North and South Carolina, serving over 120 year-round athletes. Triangle Rowing Club offers competitive rowing programs for middle and high school students from a variety of schools in the Raleigh area. The club's athletes hail from over 30 different middle and high schools located in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Garner, Durham, and Chapel Hill. The club's mission is to foster personal and community growth through the sport of rowing, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness. Practices are held at Lake Wheeler Park, located approximately six miles south of downtown Raleigh. Many Triangle Rowing Club alumni have continued their rowing careers at colleges and universities across the United States.
