TransPonder

TransPonder is a grassroots nonprofit based in Eugene, Oregon. The organization is entirely transgender-founded and led, with a team of three employees. TransPonder provides support, resources, and education to the transgender and gender diverse community, as well as their allies. The organization offers a variety of monthly meetings and special events, along with inclusivity trainings and consultation services for professional organizations and businesses. TransPonder is committed to addressing the root causes of discrimination within the transgender community. They aim to deconstruct intersectional discrimination, increase allyship through education and relationship building, foster leadership among transgender individuals across generations, promote access to healthcare, and network with legal counsel specializing in transgender rights.
