Training Squadron TWO VT2

Training Squadron TWO VT2 is a squadron based in the United States, dedicated to providing primary flight training. With seven employees, the organization has a long history, dating back to its commissioning on May 1, 1960, at NAS Whiting Field. The squadron's primary function is to train student aviators from the United States Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and several allied nations. Training Squadron TWO graduates approximately 250 students annually, accumulating nearly 21,000 flight hours in the process. Over its operational lifetime, Training Squadron TWO has flown in excess of 2,513,165 flight hours and trained more than 24,382 students.
